Welcome to Mending Within Therapy. I'm Megan Keller, California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #53235. My office is conveniently located in Tustin off the 5 and 55 Freeway. I am a mother, a licensed therapist and a lover of nature and coffee. For the past decade, I have specialized in working with teens, and families who are navigating significant issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Perfectionism, Self-Harm, Substance Abuse, Technology Addiction and Family discord/disconnection. My Associates and I have much experience working with adolescents exiting IOP programs and PHP programs and helping families navigate school supports. At Mending Within Family Therapy, Licensed Therapists and Pre-Licensed Associates work collaboratively with my clients from a CBT perspective, using DBT skills training for both the teen and adults. We will collaboratively develop solution focused goals that are maintained and supported within the therapeutic process and at home.
